neueHCT raises nearly $200M in funding to accelerate global deployment of intelligent driving

neueHCT has closed a ~$200 million financing round to accelerate the worldwide deployment of our intelligent driving solutions.

This round of financing was jointly invested by YF Capital, Fortune Capital (via Fortune Capital and Guochen Venture Capital), Chaos Investment, Hone Capital, and Ningbo Tongshang Fund (Yongning Gaoxin Fund). The strategic shareholders AUMOVIO and Horizon Robotics also invested in the deal. This follows an earlier round in 2025 from Hillhouse Investment, CIIC Porsche Fund and Zhejiang Financial Holdings, demonstrating strong investor confidence in neueHCT's technology and commercial roadmap.

neueHCT was founded in 2022 as a JV between Horizon Robotics and AUMOVIO, specialising in the R&D of cost-effective intelligent smart driving solutions. neueHCT's product portfolio, centered on the HCT Astra Urban NOA (Navigation on Autopilot) solution and the HCT Luna High-Performance ADAS Solution, is gaining rapid traction. By 2025, neueHCT has secured designated partnerships for more than 10 vehicle models. The next-gen HCT Astra now features a one-stage End-to-End architecture for superior performance, aiming to bring capable urban NOA to budget-friendly passenger vehicle models at prices starting as low as 100,000 Chinese yuan (about $14,300).
